Baltic Brilliant online store sells products available in the boutique owned by Baltic Brilliant OÜ (hereinafter referred to as “Products”).
These terms apply to legal relationships between the customer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) and the owner of the online shopping platform at www.balticbrilliant.com (hereinafter referred to as “Online Store”), Baltic Brilliant OÜ (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”), in connection with purchasing Products from the Online Store. In addition to these terms, the legal relationships arising from purchasing Products from the Online Store are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.

All prices displayed in the Online Store are in euros and include the value-added tax applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
Products displayed in the Online Store are either in stock or available for order, as indicated in the product description. The availability of these Products is not guaranteed due to potential technical issues in the Online Store system.
If the Customer places an order but the Product is out of stock or cannot be ordered, the Online Store may not be able to fulfill the order. In such cases, an Online Store representative will contact the Customer to offer an alternative product, propose a new delivery time, or refund the purchase amount within three business days.
Product photos displayed in the Online Store are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual appearance of the Product.
The Customer selects the desired Product in the Online Store and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
To complete the order, the Customer must click the “Checkout” button in the shopping cart, which directs them to the order confirmation page. After entering the required information, the Customer pays for the Product via an online banking link and confirms the order by clicking the “Return to Merchant” button.
After payment, the Online Store sends an order confirmation to the Customer’s specified email address.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information necessary for order fulfillment. The Seller is not responsible for order processing failures or consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the Customer.
A 14-day free return policy applies to purchases made from the BalticBrilliant.com Online Store (counting from the date of product receipt).
The 14-day free return applies to all Products with a delivery time of 2–4 days within Estonia.
The 14-day return and order cancellation right does not apply to Products with a delivery time longer than 2–4 days, as specified on the order page/invoice. These are custom-made or special-order Products, manufactured or ordered specifically for the Customer after the order is placed.
The 14-day return right does not apply to Products that have been customized at the Customer’s request (e.g., engraving, size adjustments, or other modifications). Such Products are considered custom-made.
If a defect becomes apparent within the first year from delivery, it is assumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery.

Baltic Brilliant OÜ is not responsible for defects caused by the Customer’s actions or negligence (e.g., improper use, accidents) or normal wear and tear resulting from regular use. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
If a Product purchased from the Online Store has a defect for which Baltic Brilliant OÜ is responsible, the Seller will repair or replace the defective Product.
If repair or replacement is not possible, Baltic Brilliant will refund the full purchase amount.
Baltic Brilliant OÜ will respond to customer complaints in writing or in a reproducible written format within 15 business days from the receipt of the complaint.
The Seller and the Customer are liable for any damages caused to the other party due to a breach of these terms in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.
The Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
The Customer must use the Online Store service in accordance with legal requirements and good practice.
By registering or making a purchase in the Online Store, the Customer agrees to these terms and undertakes to comply with them.
The sales agreement between the Seller and the Customer takes effect upon the Seller receiving the full purchase amount.
The Seller may change the Online Store terms and product prices without prior notice. Changes will be published in the Online Store. The terms and prices visible to the Customer at the time of the transaction will apply to the purchase.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if a technical error has resulted in an incorrect product price being displayed.
Any disputes between the Customer and the Seller will be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the Customer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural conditions and application process are available [here]. The Committee resolves disputes arising from agreements between the Customer and the Seller. Complaints submitted to the Committee are free of charge for the Customer.
The Customer may also use the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
