Products purchased from BalticBrilliant.com are eligible for a 14-day free return policy (the 14-day period starts from the date of product receipt).

The 14-day free return applies to all products with a delivery time of 2–4 days and for domestic shipments within Estonia.

The 14-day return and order cancellation right does not apply to products with a delivery time longer than 2–4 days, as specified on the order page/invoice. These are custom-made or specially ordered products that are manufactured or procured after the customer places an order.

The 14-day return policy does not apply to products that have been engraved, resized, or otherwise customized at the customer’s request. These products are considered custom orders.

Returned items can be sent back via postal service within 14 days or brought to our boutique in Tallinn at the following address:  Staapli 3 – Brilliant Jewelry House

The returned jewelry must not be used, damaged, stained, or show any signs of wear. The product must be returned in its complete set, including all accompanying items in their original and undamaged condition.

If the jewelry has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, features, and functionality, Baltic Brilliant OÜ reserves the right to reduce the refund amount in accordance with the decrease in the product’s value or to refuse the return entirely.

Baltic Brilliant OÜ is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Additionally, we are not responsiblefor shipments sent back without prior notice.
Please keep the shipping receipt and tracking number as proof of return. The customer is responsible for the products until Baltic Brilliant OÜ has received them.

Returning via Parcel Locker:

Products received from a parcel locker can be returned to the same locker using the same door code that was used for pickup.

Baltic Brilliant OÜ will refund the cost of the returned product(s) within 14 days after the return is received at Baltic Brilliant OÜ’s premises or handed over to our showroom.

Baltic Brilliant OÜ is not obligated to issue a refund until the returned products have been received.
