Customers can pick up their order from the Baltic Brilliant showroom in Noblessner, Tallinn, at:
Staapli 3, Tallinn

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Once the order is ready, the customer will receive a notification via email or phone (as provided in the order).

To collect the order, the customer must present their order number and a valid ID.
If someone else is collecting the order, please notify us in advance via info@balticbrilliant.com.

SmartPost Parcel Locker – FREE!
Customers will receive an SMS notification once the package arrives at the parcel locker. The message will include door code, locker location, return code, storage period expiration date.

Customers will receive an SMS notification once the package arrives at the parcel locker. The message will include door code, locker location, return code, storage period expiration date.
